1-2 hours is normal for most work. Hardware/parts are additional and
cost varies depending on the project. We’ll give you a price estimate
first for you to approve.
Shop – Remote Work Cost Per Hour
$70/hour ($50 minimum for quick fixes) business/company $85/hour
Onsite Work Cost Per Hour
$100/1st hour after that $85/hour business/company $115/hour $85/hour after 3 hours
1 hour minimum charge.

Onsite work in the Green Bay metro area (Allouez, Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, De Pere, Howard): No Trip Fee!
Onsite work in other cities: Standard Trip Fee
On Site Repair Note
On-site repair is always the most expensive service since the total time there is
billed. For drop-offs/remote jobs, we don’t have to be at your computer 100% of
the time while it’s installing, scanning, and testing things out. As an example, computer time
might be 3 hours while billed technician time is 1.25 hours. That is the difference
between on-site and drop-off/remote costs. We can do a lot more at the office!
At your house/business, there is only so many tasks we can do at once
since the computer might be running slow or it’ll lock/freeze up if we try.
